“Mincho” was born in heaven and raised in hell. Mincho’s father died when he was five; he and his siblings went to work. Later, when Mincho headed for the coast to cut sugar cane, he met the woman he married. In the course of constructing a home for his family, he found he enjoyed (and was good at) building things. Today, he and his crew build water systems that enable villagers to get spring water without hiking long distances into the mountains.
